Cancellation Policy

Elite Sports & Performance Academy has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your scheduled session, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior, or you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

Payment Policy

Payment is required prior to or immediately after the scheduled session and evaluation. Payment can be made through Square, Venmo, or cash. An athlete will not be allowed to continue training if their account falls past due more than one session until the payments are made current.

Code of Conduct

Each athlete, coach, and/or parent should be accountable for abiding by our code of conduct. Athletes are expected to be respectful, while coaches are expected to do the same. Acting acts of disrespect or any disruptive behavior will result in dismissal from the session.
