Suffered an injury and completed formal physical therapy, but you still aren’t where you want to be? Or did you simply just run out of insurance-approved visits? We have the program for you! Our Bridge the Gap Program is designed to help you get back into action. It includes high-intensity training with sport-specific, game-speed stimulation, all while targeting your specific individual weaknesses. This program will build your confidence and help break down the mental barrier that occurs post-injury or post-op.
This program is tailored to those individuals or athletes whose doctor has discharged them from or they completed formal physical therapy, but need some help with return to sport or hobby with attention to injury prevention, form, body mechanics, and lasting weakness as a result of lacking endurance. No doctor referral is needed. Dr. Jazz will be able to address issues related to conditioning or to providing education or activities in a wellness setting for the purpose of injury prevention.
Dry Needing | Manual Session
Dry needling offers an alternative treatment option for pain relief and improved muscle movement. It uses a dry needle — a needle without medicine — to deactivate trigger points in your muscle.
The needles are similar to acupuncture, but the process is very different. Dry needling focuses on trigger points in the muscle to decrease pain and tension, while acupuncture relieves pain or discomfort by normalizing energy flow superficially.
